Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. This applies to all items, including made-to-order items.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please email hello@laflip.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

The customer covers the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may choose a full refund or a replacement. In this case, La Flip covers the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges are available for size changes, subject to stock availability.
